This is a stunning sideboard with more bells and whistles than a Cadillac! The piece supports a phenomenal slab of very thick verdis green marble and a wonderful inlaid caese belwo. On top of that, the bright, expertly cast dore’ bronze of pharoahs and anthemia are superb, and extremely well defined. The doors are done in vere’ eglomise and framed in brass grillwork. The piece dates to the 1880s era and will show small and insignificant dings, chips and scuffs but is quite clean and flashy.
